Submit VGM and SI to carrier
Issue HBL & Check MBL from carrier
Ask D/N from carrier
Ask copy invoice from carrier for preparing the payment's request
Send D/N to client or agent
Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL or original MBL
Send all invoices to accountant as timeline's request
Update systems timely and correctly
Willing to help and back up colleagues when they are on annual leave
Strictly follow job assignment
Yêu cầu
Bachelor Degree or above
More than 3 years related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
Well operation knowledge, prefer USA, Canada. Europe export trade
Knowledge of ocean cargo process flow
Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
Reliable, well organized, honest, team-player
Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, responsible, active.
Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
