I. Position overview:
• This role is responsible for the Performance and Management of all Food and Beverage outlets. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, operations standards and profitability.
II. Responsibility:
• Ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective The Restaurant Strategy, and that the Restaurant Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
• Oversee the preparation and update of individual Outlet Operations Manuals.
• Conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that outlet briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
• Ensure that all employees provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Ensure that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
• Spend time in public areas observing employee-guest interaction and talking with guests, working through Heads of Section to coach employees in guest service skills as necessary.
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist in working closely with the Accounting to establish annual Food and Beverage operating plans, identifying and responding to margin and cost improvement opportunities
• Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators, working through the respective Heads of Section as appropriate.
• Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Company's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Maintain strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from competitor restaurants, business partners and other organizations.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by board of management.
Yêu cầu
• Gender: Male, Height: > 1m70 or Female, Height: > 1m60. Good appearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
• Language: Fluently English (special written and oral communication skills)
• Soft skills:
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
• Computer skills: Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the same position.
