- Supervise and coordinate F&B team operations to maintain high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Train and develop F&B staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Assist in inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Service charge after probation.
- Daily shuttle bus to and from Hanoi city center.
- Free shared staff room at the dormitory.
- 03 meals per day (all days for those staying at dorm).
- Health check-up yearly.
