The responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to overseeing all receivables into the storeroom, logging, releasing and keeping inventories according to established standards.
Essential Functions:
· Receive, store, issue, source and rotate goods.
· Work closely with requesting department heads to assure timely delivery and product quality.
· Properly use inventory and ordering system to create purchase orders, receive goods and manage inventory.
· Maintain agreed upon standards and practices in all beverage
purchasing activities.
· Recommend best practices and alternative new products.
· Establish and maintain adequate PAR levels.
· Complete month-end inventory and enter into inventory system.
· Compliance with safety and OSHA.
