- Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, products, and guidelines related to foreign exchange (FX) activities across the IVB system.
- Issue IVB's daily FX rate; manage FX positions to optimize daily business efficiency of the entire system; manage to ensure effective risk control within the assigned scope.
- Execute FX transactions (spot, forward, and swap) with customers and counterparties, including domestic and international financial institutions to maximize profitability for IVB.Conduct FX transactions between IVB and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), as well as between Head Office and business units across the IVB system.
- Evaluate, propose, and manage FX trading limits for other credit institutions and financial institutions in compliance with legal requirements and IVB's internal policies.
- Support business units on tasks and operations arising from FX transactions: sales, distribution channel development, and product marketing.
- Monitor money market trends, analyze exchange rate and interest rate movements, to propose trading strategies to optimize IVB's business performance.
- Identify, advise, maintain, and grow customer relationships with demand for FX products and services.
- Advise customers on FX risk management solutions in order to enhance FX trading volume and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the SBV as well as trading limits authorized for FX activities.
- Adhere to applicable laws, IVB's internal regulations, and professional/ industry codes of conduct.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or other related majors.
- Knowledge of banking laws, regulations governing treasury operations in both domestic and international financial markets, and foreign exchange regulations applicable to credit institutions.
- Strong understanding of interbank money markets, FX activities, derivatives, macroeconomic trends, and financial markets at both domestic and international levels.
- Work experience in Treasury and/or FX Trading is an advantage.
- Foreign language: TOEIC 500 upwards or equivalent.
- Good digital skills, proficiency in fintech tools, and strong data analysis skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit, professional sales skills, problem - solving and self - development skills.
