1. Products innovations & commercialization
Work with product development manager to develop a strong 12 months innovation pine line in food and beverage. Define the positioning and packaging for all new products. Lead - cross-functional project management efforts, collaborating with consumer insights, product development, supply chain, operations, franchise, and finance teams to launch new products on time and in scope.
2. Product Assortment & Portfolio Mix
Work with Product Development team to optimize product assortment and overall menu mix, driving sales for our target Guest
3. Menu Boards & Pricing
Leverage consumer insights and competitive menu board analysis to lead finance, operations, and creative design partners in the optimization of menu board design and pricing.
4. Branding & Marketing Management
Liase with creative partners and internal communications team members to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of the team's marketing plans. Support communications partners in the development of in-store printed campaigns, external advertising campaigns, and online digital campaigns.
Develop and oversee the annual franchise plan followed national advertising funds.
5. Implementation & Executional Excellence
Inspire cross functional teams (internal & external) to execute with excellence, ensuring on-time and accurate deliverables
6. Measurement & Reporting
Work with Consumer Insight & Finance Teams to evaluate effectiveness of new product innovation, marketing programming, and corresponding marketing investment. Continuously seek to improve existing programming.
7. Franchise supports
Lead monthly and quarterly franchise webinars, calls and or meetings and conferences to keep franchise updated as well as gain feedback and opportunity insights.
Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across functional areas and partners.
Collaboration and follow-up with agency and channel owners for inclusion of franchising in strategies as well as legal disclosures.
Onboarding new franchise ownership groups on Rent-A-Center's brand strategy, marketing strategies and what they can expect from marketing support.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Food & Beverage field required
5 years of successful Partnership Management / Franchise Marketing in global FB chains.
Ability to establish mutually productive and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Language: fluent in English
