Fresher Fashion Designer (Intimate, US Market)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORSkills & Experience:- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, draping, and pattern making.- Strong sense of contemporary and innovative design aesthetics.- High attention to detail and a strong creative flair.- Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in English.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in fashion design, with a passion for bra or lingerie design.- Bachelor's degree related to Design such as Architect, Arts or relevant field.- Proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAt Crossian, our people are the key to our success.
