Fresher/ Junior Automation Test QA QC

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Fresher-Junior Automation QA who is passionate about software quality and wants to build a career in Automation Testing.

This Hanoi-based role is open to candidates with 0-2 years of testing experience. You will work with Canadian clients on global projects, develop your Playwright skills, and collaborate with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain Playwright test scripts for web applications and support API testing.
• Perform functional and regression testing.
• Identify, report, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA members to ensure product quality.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and update Playwright scripts as the product evolves.

Fresher Automation QA

• No professional experience required; fresh graduates in IT or related fields are welcome.
• Understand testing fundamentals, test cases, bug reports, and basic Manual Testing.
• Have basic Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge; academic or personal projects are accepted.

Junior Automation QA

• Have practical software testing experience, with a maximum of 2 years in total.
• Have hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and automation using Playwright.
• Be able to design test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and report and track defects.
• Be able to write, execute, maintain, and troubleshoot Playwright scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript.

Requirements for both positions

• Good spoken and written English for communicating with international project teams.
• Quick to learn, proactive, adaptable, and attentive to detail, with logical thinking and good teamwork skills.

• Salary up to VND 20,000,000/month depending on skills and experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
