As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the following departments:
- Food & Beverage (F&B) - Assist in restaurant and bar service, event setup, and guest interaction
- Front Office (FO) - Support check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reception operations
- Housekeeping - Learn room cleaning standards, inventory handling, and public area maintenance
- Kitchen - Assist in food preparation, hygiene practices, and kitchen operations under supervision
- You will work alongside experienced professionals and be trained in standard operating procedures, customer service, and teamwork in a 5-star hospitality environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently enrolled in a university or college majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
- Basic English communication skills (especially for FO and F&B departments)
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Preferably available for full-time internship or flexible shifts
