Mô tả công việc

As a Front Office Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks to the expected standards :

Be responsible for the operation of all Front Desk operations, Concierge, Guest Relation, Transportation team
Delivering customer-driven service to bring out high customer's satisfaction & Setting the ideal example for all team members to follow.
Supervising front office's staff and all activities performed in the front desk area, including phone calls, emails, bookings, check-in, check-out, guest complaint handling, team collaboration, etc. Monitoring the standard and staff's performance in the department.
Describing, assigning & delegating the duties, tasks and authority for the department's operation at all time. Preparing Front Office duty roster and job schedules for team members (taking internal activities, occupancy, external events, etc. into consideration).
Motivated, Inspired and dedicated to improve your and the department's performance. Working with enthusiasm as a member of Hai An Beach Hotel & Spa and stimulating front officers to do the best performance. Ability to assess the performance of all department's members.
Positively approaching and coping with the customers' complaints and problems promptly and appropriately with follow-up and taking feedback to the Director of Rooms.
Communicating effectively with other Departments, namely Housekeeping, Sales. Finance, IT, etc.
Participating in Hiring procedure and Responsible for Training of new employees in accordance with hotel guidelines.

Good communication, organization, coordinator skills
Working experiences
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Be able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, time-management.
Have a ''hospitality'' mindset
Patient, Responsible, Proactive, Friendly, Self-motivated.
