Well-capitalized technology start-up seeks a highly-talented developer to help build Wiin into a world-class startup.

What is the idea? Build applications, software to help the whole family watch a movie together, chat together, see each other online even though they are not near each other. The application runs on android, iOS, and TVs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of programming languages to create user-friendly web pages and applications
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as backend developers, app developers, web designers, and SEO/Online Marketing specialists
• Build high-quality mockups and design different prototypes
• Provide high-quality graphics and visual elements
• Optimize our mobile and web applications for maximum speed
• Design mobile-based features
• Always stay consistent with our brand guidelines
• Get feedback from users and customers
• Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
• Staying up to date with new web technology and online design trends

• Possess strong skills in object-oriented software design and programming
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript - Demonstrable mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript, and experience with one or more front-end frameworks: React, Angular
• Proficient with HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with SSR, CSR, web optimization (lazy loading, tree shaking, HTTP caching, ...)
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and excellent verbal communication skills
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
• Excellent independent working and teamworking
• Being pro-active, responsible, and diligent
• Preferably to be able to communicate in English
• Be able to work offline in Hanoi

• Leaves: 12 days leave and Tet and other holidays based on the annual announcement of the Government
• Social/Health/Unemployment Insurances are fully levied on the salary
• 85% salary on your probation period
• Yearly Performance bonus
• Salary review 2 times/year - increase from 5-14%
• Tet bonus from 1 to 5 months salary (in 2020 due to covid-19 epidemic but still bonus 4 months salary)
• Bonus on special days such as: Birthday, International Women's Day, International Children's Day, Christmas...
