About the role

VSICO is building a suite of internal software systems covering business operations, commercial management, HR and finance. We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong [protected info] skills to build the user interfaces for these systems.

Responsibilities

• Build user interfaces for web-based business systems using [protected info], following designs and business requirements.
• Translate UI/UX designs and specifications into working, reusable components and screens.
• Integrate with backend APIs; handle data flow, state, and edge cases (empty data, errors, slow loading).
• Ensure the interface runs smoothly and correctly across browsers and screen sizes.
• Optimize frontend performance: load time, rendering, and sensible state management.
• Self-test before handover; collaborate on fixing issues after feedback.
• Update task progress daily and work within the team's Scrum process.
• Take part in code reviews and follow the team's coding conventions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of frontend development experience with [protected info] (more for a Senior level).
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and core React concepts (components, hooks, state management).
• Experience working with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Solid HTML/CSS, responsive design, and at least one UI library (Ant Design, Material UI, Bootstrap, or equivalent).
• Proficient with Git and comfortable working in a team.
• Careful, proactive, and accountable for both progress and quality of work.

Nice to have

• Experience with [protected info] - our systems run on several frontend frameworks.
• Experience building complex business UIs: large data tables, multi-step forms, dashboards, charts.
• Basic backend understanding (PHP, .NET, or [protected info]) to collaborate effectively.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or operational management systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
