The Job
Do you want to challenge yourself in handling multiple projects under AWS, Azure, and GCP?
We are looking for outstanding Full-Stack DevOps Engineers at all levels (Junior, Middle, and Senior) who are technical competitors, developers, strategic planners, and visionaries.
In this multifaceted role, you will be a major player in our technology team, responsible for ensuring our infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Architecture & IaC: Design and manage multi-cloud environments using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation to ensure infrastructure as code excellence.
- Orchestration & Containers: Manage and optimize services on Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker to ensure high availability.
- CI/CD Automation: Build and maintain pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to automate deployments, testing, and security scanning.
- Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain system health and performance.
- DevSecOps: Integrate security best practices into the lifecycle, managing vulnerability scanning and IAM policies.
- FinOps: Analyze cloud spending and optimize resource utilization for maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Strategic Leadership (For Senior): Collaborate with Product teams to align tech infrastructure with business goals and mentor junior/middle members.
- Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery plans to ensure data and service availability.

Requirements
- Must have
- English Proficiency: Proficiency in English in all 4 skills.
- Cloud Knowledge: Expertise in AWS and Azure (GCP is a plus).
- Automation: Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and automated software deployments.
- Architecture: Knowledge of microservice architecture and RESTful API design principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one: JavaScript (NodeJS), Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or .NET.
- Agile: Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Security: Knowledge of information system security and infrastructure protection best practices.
- Advanced to have
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven success in building or leading engineering teams (required for Senior roles).
- Frontend Awareness: Knowledge of modern frameworks like ReactJS or VueJS to support cross-functional ideation.
- Mobile DevOps: Experience in CI/CD for building and publishing native mobile applications.
- System Reliability: Knowledge of SRE principles (SLO/SLI) and error budget management.
