About the role:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Fullstack
Developer to join our IP Telephony team at K&M Holdings. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a Telephony Administration Interface while also building and integrating essential backend features such as CRM functionality and softphone capabilities. You will work closely with the Tech Lead and other team members to create seamless user experiences and robust telephony solutions that empower our customers.

Availability for occasional meetings outside office hours and/or weekend work as required.
Responsibilities:
1, Frontend Development:
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for telephony administration.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a polished user experience.
2, Backend & API Development:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs that support CRM integration and softphone functionalities.
- Collaborate with other
backend developers to ensure smooth data flow and system integration.
3, Integration & Feature Development:
- Build and integrate features for CRM systems and softphone applications to provide comprehensive telecommunication solutions.
- Work with third-party APIs and services, ensuring compatibility with the existing telephony platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of fullstack development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing both frontend and backend work.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or [protected info]) and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Solid experience in backend development using [protected info] (or similar technologies) and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, particularly in CRM systems and VoIP/softphone functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Preferred: Experience with telephony systems such as Asterisk or similar VoIP frameworks.
- Preferred: Prior experience developing integrated telecommunication solutions or working in the SaaS domain.
