We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant to support a CEO who oversees multiple companies in the real estate and construction sectors.
Each company has a modest workload, so the role involves handling a variety of tasks across several entities, including administrative support, HR coordination, recruitment, training tasks, and real estate/construction-related activities.
This is a remote full-time position requiring excellent communication skills, strong organization, and flexibility to support the CEO when needed.
Working Hours: (Nightshift in VietNam)
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday), Central Time (US Time)
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday), Central Time (US Time)
Available for Vietnam daytime support as needed, with compensatory time off provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Company Executive Support
• Support the CEO in daily tasks across 4+ companies in the real estate and construction industries.
• Handle small but diverse workloads from each business.
• Coordinate communication and workflows between the CEO and multiple teams.
2. Administrative & Operational Support
• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and internal documents.
• Conduct research to support real estate and construction business decisions.
3. HR, Recruitment & Training
• Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and basic HR-related tasks.
• Coordinate internal training and development activities.
4. Real Estate & Construction Support
• Assist in organizing project documents, contracts, and compliance materials.
• Communicate with suppliers, partners,..
• Track project updates and compile progress reports.
5. AI & Productivity Tools
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for drafting, summarizing, research, and workflow improvement.
• Recommend digital tools to increase productivity.
6. General Duties
• Perform any tasks assigned by the CEO across his companies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Male, under 30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Real Estate, Construction, or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of experience as an assistant, coordinator, administrator, or similar role.
• English fluency - IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent proficiency.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks across multiple companies.
• Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with HR and recruitment processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to use ChatGPT comfortably.
• Able to work occasional (Daytime) when required.

Compensation:
Base salary: 20 mil VND + Bonus
Total: avg 25 mil VND - 40 mil VND/month
