Mô tả công việc
Deliver personalized 1-on-1 lessons in Math, Physics, or Chemistry in English, tailored to the student's academic level and learning goals.
Assess students' strengths and weaknesses, design individualized study plans, and track progress over time.
Provide exercises, assignments, and constructive feedback to improve students' performance.
Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and ensure effective comprehension.
Prepare high-quality learning materials (lesson notes, practice tests, supplementary resources).
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians or the academic team about students' progress and propose adjustments when needed.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related major.
Proficiency in English with IELTS 7.5+ (or equivalent), required to teach subjects entirely in English.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Prior experience in tutoring or 1-on-1 teaching is preferred.
Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility.
Ability to prepare and customize lesson materials independently.
