Mô tả công việc
Manage multiple hospitality furniture projects from planning and execution to final delivery.
Develop project schedules, coordinate resources and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take timely actions to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate material and service deliveries with suppliers and contractors.
Prepare and present project updates, risks, performance and completion reports.
Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Apply project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage multiple projects

Yêu cầu
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Hospitality, Furniture or related industries.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools; experience with MS Project/CAD is a plus.
Good understanding of indoor furniture quality requirements and quality control processes.
Knowledge or practical experience in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean is an advantage.
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related fields preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Able to manage multiple projects, work independently and perform well under pressure.
Fluent English is required; Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage.
Proactive, responsible, honest and results-oriented.
