Mô tả công việc
GA tasks (70%)
- Office equipment management & maintenance
- Negotiate with suppliers to be provided best services with cost effectiveness; follow up all operations related to office facilities
- Contact and control other outsourcing vendors to ensure the daily operation of the office
- Remind everyone to keep hygiene & save stationery, office equipment, etc.
- GA expense and budget procedures: Collect, classify, analyze GA cost; annually estimate and control all GA expenses of company.
- Visa, work permit, residence card for Korean members
- Make reservation of hotel, air ticket for business trips. Renew/extend visa for foreigners.
- Document in/out management
- Organizing company events
HR tasks (30%):
- Be in charge of Recruitment
- Other tasks on request of managers
Yêu cầu
- Prefer candidates with more than 1 year working experience with the similar position
- Education: Graduate from University with major in Administration, Human resource management, English, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- English (or Korean): Fluent
- Computer skill: Proficient at MS office (MS Word, excel, PowerPoint)
