Mô tả công việc

We are seeking great game designers to join our expanding team on great projects. The newcomers will work on existing and new 3D virtual reality games. You will be responsible for:
Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) for Developers and Artists
Communicate with developers for system balance and level design tools.
Ensure optimal gameplay and consistent content. Provide development directions to meet targets.
Continuously monitor user data to improve drop rate, playtime, LTV, and ROAS metrics.

Yêu cầu công việc

Understanding of the mobile gaming market, quick trend identification
Knowledge of product analysis and evaluation
Proficient in research, processing, and synthesizing information
Quick learning and adaptability to new knowledge
Strong communication skills
Experience with Unity (C#) is a plus
