About the role:
As a Senior Game Producer at Vio Technology, Inc., you'll take care of the whole product lifecycle
starting from product conceptualization, creation of product roadmap & strategy, incorporating best
practices in production & continuous improvements. Be responsible for assembling and managing a
team of engineers, designers, and artists along with outlining, scheduling, and tracking tasks. Make
sure the project is headed in the right direction. Analyze data and make recommendations on new
features to help acquire, retain, and monetize users.
Responsibilities:
• Champion the artistic direction, ensuring top-notch visuals and assets for our mobile games
• Lead the art department, encompassing Concept artists, Environment artists, animators, and
VFX artists, to actualize the artistic vision while hitting project milestones and upholding
peak production values
• Collaborate intensively with the art director and project leaders to streamline
communication, tackle challenges, and eliminate barriers, all in the pursuit of exceptional,
cutting-edge mobile gaming experiences
• Designing game levels, environments, characters, and assets using appropriate tools and
software.
• Balancing gameplay elements, such as difficulty, pacing, and progression, to ensure an
engaging player experience
• Developing and implementing game mechanics, features, and systems according to design
specifications
• Creativity and innovation to generate original ideas and concepts for game projects
Yêu cầu
Required skills & experience:
• 5+ years of experience launching game products in a production role
• Deep passion and knowledge across the sports entertainment & gaming category
• Expertise in managing a game development project from the production through the
submission phases
• Experience working with Unity and production tracking software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Keep the vision of the game on track, it is your responsibility that the game has a soul
• Monitor industry trends and creation of games in accordance with the market needs and
target
• An understanding of metrics a game can be measured by, game analytics and how games
can be updated to improve them
Pluses:
• Experience launching game products across multiple platforms
• Interest in VR and AR an understanding of the current VR and AR market
• Broad knowledge of, or experience in, other gaming disciplines
• Avid video game player, familiar with a wide variety of games and platforms
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of UE, including material creation, particle
systems, and lighting
• Experience integrating gameplay features into Unreal Engine
• You need to be able to put your vision of what the players should experience when
playing the game into words for the team
