- Consultants develop active communication and work close key MICE account, corporate accounts, MICE organizers and leisure sales team and other sources of sales information and support
- Support Identify, solicit and service all MICE accounts in liaison with the other sales divisions
- Support and consult negotiation and contracting required
- Assess group business to maximize contribution from available public space and generate revenues whilst achieving banqueting budgets
- Ensure that sales and catering PMS is well managed, maintained and updated as per company policy and standards
- Attend MICE exhibitions and roadshows and arrange or conduct site inspections of mall & restaurants' facilities
- Set up and update group & MICE selling strategies in conjunction with Sales &
Marketing Managers, F&B Director for weekly review
- Advise on developing annual sales MICE department budget and executing the sales programs and activities within it
- To assure that the
sales manager,
sales executive correctly organizes and successfully execute the visits to the clients and review that weekly report and to make suggestions for any necessary improvements in order to achieve the goals.
- Review monthly segment report for both room & banquet revenue and find ways to improve the performance of mall and restaurants..
- Conduct team meeting once every week.
- Keep abreast of the competitor's activities on a weekly basis.
- Organize and promote, in cooperation with the F&B and Management Departments special projects to stimulate Food & beverage sales within the community, including, but limited to, tournaments, balls, parties, gastronomic festivities, etc.
- Support other consulting tasks requested by BODs.

- College or bachelor degree from an accredited in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Proven records of corporate/wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction
- Good understanding of corporate/wholesales key accounts and seasons
- Able to understand and prepare proposals and contracts for all market segments
- Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts
- A minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry; 3 years in a similar position
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
