Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Give advices on garment sample pattern making, overall fitting & structure, and construction processes.
- Provide technical supports & workmanship advices to internal departments, including Merchandising, Sampling, IE, QA, Production etc.
- Ensure pre-production samples are well developed according to the defined fitting & quality standards, conduct sample inspections and approvals if required.
- Communicate & elaborate technical specifications requirements to internal departments and work partners.
- Participate in establishing pattern making, cutting and sewing related training materials and system.
- Assist to select and train up the local technical talent.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma in clothing, textile, garment/fashion manufacturing or related study.
- 5 years+ relevant experience on woven & knitted outerwear, sportwear, with sewing skills is a plus
- Solid experience and knowledgeable of pattern making, specifications development and definitions.
- Good communication and elaboration skills.
- Fluent spoken & written English, nice to have Chinese language skills.
- MS office & software drawing skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to report problems & give suggestions.
