- Lead a team to prioritize and resolve production issues within 3 days.
- Ensure on-time submission of pre-production samples and accurate tech packs.
- Conduct pre-fittings on samples and maintain fit logs.
- Minimize technical call-outs and manage labor turnover effectively.
Yêu cầu
✔ Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, design, or fashion-related fields.
✔ Over 3 years' working experience as Garment Technologist in Intimates, Swim, sports, or active wear products.
✔ Strong understanding of fit, construction, and molding techniques.
✔ Proficiency in problem-solving and teamwork
Skills:
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
✔ Fluency spoken and written English proficiency.
