Mô tả công việc
• Prepare, review and maintain the General Ledger on a monthly basis, including processing accounting journals and reconciliation;
• Prepare and update payment vouchers and journal entries
• Assist in admin works of Corporate matters
• Review and analyze company and owners account

• Work closely with accounting team and audit team for quarterly and year-end reports and audit (including statutory audit under VAS and consolidation audit under IFRS) to ensure the financial statements are true and fair
• Process bank payments according to Vietnam tax law
• Prepare analysis for income tax computation and social insurance for staff;
• Monitor and support taxation issues;
• Ensure all statutory tax and accounting reports and filings are prepared and submitted timely and accurately;
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to protect company assets, employees and operations;
• Calculate company revenue report in order to prepare production salary
• Prepare the production salary of the team
• Prepare Owners revenue report
• Calculate Owner income tax and work with tax offices for payment timely and accurately
• Issue/ record invoice, control and pay/collect AP and AR of the department
• Issue and follow up with debit notes, prepare control report
• Review company contracts to be suitable for tax purposes
• Monthly audit and control of correctness and balance of petty cash and bank expenses
• Audit and control correctness of outgoing and incoming Invoices to correspond with real expenses
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the line manager from time to time
Perform any ad-hoc tasks, information request from head office and reports as assigned from time to time.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent,
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience,
• Proficient in MS Excel application
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
Meticulous, self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
