General Accountant (Manufaturing)

Manage accounts receivable/payable, check accounting documents, and prepare payment plans for suppliers (weekly, monthly).
Implement payment processes, prepare accounting vouchers, and reconcile debts with suppliers.
Monitor and manage cash fund and bank deposits; reconcile balances with Treasurer and bank statements; prepare related reports.
Supervise warehouse accounting, monitor and inventory fixed assets and tools, calculate depreciation.
Prepare VAT declarations, tax refund dossiers, environmental protection tax, contractor tax, and liaise with tax authorities.
Provide data, vouchers, and reports during tax audits.
Prepare monthly/annual financial statements, including IFRS reporting (especially IFRS 16).
Perform cost accounting, product costing, and cost analysis to support management.
Guide and supervise proper recording and archiving of accounting documents.
Other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
