Be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations, control A/R, A/P, GL, record daily transactions into accounting books.
Be responsible for PIT (include PIT for foreigner), CIT, FCT, VAT.
Directly explain the data to the auditing company, parent company and others.
Performing full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Be responsible for timely monthly, yearly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting and the management report for submission to GD.
Reviewing and approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Performing cash flow forecasting.
Consultant for GD all financial.
Doing payroll, insurance.
Supporting document and explanation with Auditor.
Support legal representative in general affair related (e.g. translation etc.).
Other tasks as assigned by GD (General Director).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education : University (major in Accounting)
Experience : At least 3-4 years of experience in the same position.
Language : Intermediate English in all skills.
Skills : MS Office, FAST system.
Priority to candidates working immediately.
Carefully, hard-working.
Proactive manners in all business scenes.
Ability to work under pressure and keeping the deadline.
Driving out the discipline.
Ability to work in team as well as individual.
