GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

· Building, organizing and standardizing the accounting system, including building purchasing processes, accounting system, purchase orders, and other processes related to accounting for processing with the Chief Accountant.
· Organize the accounting apparatus in a scientific and economical manner.
· Check receivables, accrual, assign contact with customers to compare receivables or collect debts.
· Prepare financial statements, monthly/quarterly/yearly tax reports and submit them to the Country Director.
· Responsible for transactions with the Chief Accountant for relevant agencies such as Tax authorities, Department of Planning and Investment, State Treasury, State Committee and partners such as Banks, customers, suppliers.
· Directly report to the Country Director on the implementation of financial plans in the month, quarter and year.
· Handling reports on management issues of revenue, expenses, goods, fixed assets, ...
· Regularly check the accounting practices to promptly complete them in accordance with each development stage of the Company (application forms, methods of control, current regulations of the State.
· Check expenses, compare total balances of cash and deposits, balance and settle receipts and expenditures.
· Sign payments proposed by departments in the company.
· Prepare tax reports before sending to Chief Accountant.
· Sign other accounting reports and accounting books and vouchers.
· Confidentiality of the company's business information.
· Store documents fully, in accordance with the company's regulations and tax authorities.
· Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Director, and other duties and responsibilities to be assigned at the discretion of management.
Working hours: Monday - Friday
