Mô tả công việc
1.1 Accounting (70%)
• Handle daily accounting transactions: cash, bank, receivables, payables, expenses, etc.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable/payable
• Review the validity of invoices and supporting documents
• Prepare periodic internal financial reports
• Handle tax declarations and payments (VAT, PIT, CIT)
• Work with tax authorities, banks, and auditors
• Manage and archive accounting documents
1.2 HR & Administration (30%)
• Handle HR procedures: labor contracts, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
• Track attendance and support payroll calculation
• Maintain employee records
• Manage daily administrative tasks
Yêu cầu
• College degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (General Accountant experience preferred)
• Able to handle both accounting and HR/Admin tasks
• Basic English communication skills (required)
• Chinese is a plus
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
