Business Title: Manager, Employee Services (General Affairs Manager)
Work Location: Nhơn Trạch 1, Đồng Nai.
BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
This role leads administrative services, corporate communications, and government relations to ensure efficient operations, strong employee engagement, and a consistent company brand presence. The position also oversees company events, VIP guest services, and CSR/ESG initiatives across sites in Vietnam.
Administration & Operations
- Manage end-to-end administrative services (office operations, facilities, vendors, services quality)
- Ensure smooth daily operations, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement
- Implement policies, procedures, and compliance standards across sites
Communications & Corporate Affairs
- Lead internal and external communications (newsletters, social media, events, leadership messaging)
- Act as key contact for media and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies
Events & Engagement
- Plan and execute company-wide events (town halls, workshops, annual events, team building)
- Manage VIP visits including logistics, protocol, and stakeholder coordination
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
Branding & CSR
- Strengthen employer branding in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Lead CSR/ESG and DEI communication initiatives
- Ensure consistent company branding across all channels and activities
Leadership
- Lead, develop, and manage team performance
- Drive a high-performance, compliant, and safety-focused work environment
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Business, or related field
- 8+ years experience in General Affairs, Communications, or Corporate Affairs
- Minimum 3 years in managerial role
- Strong experience working with government bodies and external stakeholders
- Proven ability in event management, communications, and operations
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
