Mô tả công việc

*** Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Lead accounting team to maintain, and manage the Company's General Ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting, ensure compliance with statutory and group reporting standards and guidelines such as group chart of accounts, cost centers mapping, etc.
Monthly and yearly closing activities for group reporting purposes.
Drive implementation and enhancement of financial systems and control processes in your area.
Conduct, and support internal audit to identify significant risks due to weakness of internal control system, and procedure and contribute to resolutions.
Support external auditors, and tax authorities where necessary, including preparation of statutory financial reports.
Support various ad hoc accounting, reporting and business improvement projects. This ranges from projects within finance to inter-department and inter-venture initiatives.

Yêu cầu

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
At least 5 years of Accounting experience
Must be able to multitask and work under high pressure
Must be detail-oriented, flexible, creative and extremely organized
Must have an excellent work ethic
Knowledge and experience in SAP FI
Good at Excel, Word and presentation
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
Be familiar with complex matrix organization
