• Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, and growth initiatives.
• Manage P&L to achieve revenue, profitability, and cost-efficiency targets.
• Conduct financial, market, and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead initiatives for new products/services, pricing optimization, channel expansion, and partnerships.
• Identify business risks and establish mitigation strategies.
2. Operations & Service Excellence
• Oversee daily operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Delivery teams.
• Streamline processes and standardize workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure consistent service quality and a positive learner experience.
• Optimize allocation of budget, manpower, and assets to maximize ROI.
• Act as the escalation point for operational challenges and implement timely solutions.
3. Market Intelligence &
Business Development • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and new product/service development.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide recommendations to BOM for adjustments based on market and competitive insights.
4. Reporting & Collaboration
• Prepare regular reports on business performance, KPIs, financial results, and operational updates.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Track the progress of key projects, flag risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support functions (HR, Finance, Marketing) to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.
