We are looking for a qualified, driven and professional individual to join our team to begin a career with our luxury automotive dealership of Lamborghini. If you have a strong passion for luxury vehicles and automotive business, are highly motivated, and are willing to provide clients with a first-class experience, this position may be a great fit for you.
The roles and responsibilities of the General Manager include but are not limited to:
1. Define and implement sales strategies, annual targets and suitable measures for the Sales and Operations department:
- Define qualitative and quantitative annual target for Sales.
- Derive or prepare suitable measures to achieve and control these targets.
- Implement and push through the measures relating to SME, service loyalty, parts, accessories and workshop turnover, as well as guaranteeing a high quality of customer care.
- Organize/monitor and evaluate internal Sales key figures in the dealership.
- Contribute towards overall sales strategy and the sales plan for the given brand.
- Study market trends, brands of competitors and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.
- Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
- Review and monitor sales plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis. Propose changes to the strategy/ approach to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment.
2. Operations management:
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility. Strong emphasis on all aspects of the showroom to ensure the highest standards in the layout, display, customer service to convey the desired image of the brand and the company.
- Monitor sales process and CRM (initial customer contact and qualification, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales record) to ensure quality in the entire process.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales report to the Board of Management.
- Communicate and report to APAC office on regular basis, be the contact point for daily operations of the dealership.
3. Observe the market for business development and initiate marketing activities:
- Analyze the automotive market potential and its level of exploitation.
Work closely with Marketing Division of S&S Group, and APAC Marketing/PR team at the principal to execute the marketing activities according to set KPIs and brand's marketing campaigns. Proactively suggest and plan PR/Marketing activities to generate new opportunities, increase customer retention, drive sales and increase the brand awareness/reputation.
- Perform and evaluate regional market and competition studies for the sales area.
- Apply, implement and check the marketing activities and competition measures with regard to manufacturers campaigns and specific market conditions.
4. Define services offered and ensure their quality:
- Define a range of customer services oriented towards the appropriate target groups, with consideration for the competitive environment.
- Implement standards/directives for business defined in the dealership and those specified by manufacturer.
- Carry out internal workshop tests and quality measures, and implements improvement measures in order to improve customer services quality.
5. Lead and guide Team of Client Advisors:
- Prepare and update organizational diagrams and job descriptions for the team
Be responsible for planning and implementing the personnel requirements in sales and operations (hiring, redundancies)
- Manage the performance of the whole team on the basis of defined key figures.
- Apply performance-related bonus systems in Sales.
- Conduct annual appraisal process with sales employees which includes the definition of an individual development plan for each employee.
- Define workshop working times and opening times in Aftersales in consultation with the board of management, if necessary, through developing, adapting and implementing working time models.
- Act as a role model and ensure brand-compatible employee behavior.
6. Act as a contact person for internal and external partners:
- Play a locally contact point with brand principles, report to reginal sales manager, vendors, landlords, and partners
- Cooperate with other Brand Managers and Heads of Department within the - - - Group to ensure the operations running smoothly
- Represent the brand in Vietnam and act as brand ambassador in relation with media, customers and general public
7. Personal development:
- Attend training by brands to generate knowledge about Lamborghini specificities, strengths and weaknesses.
- Continuously update knowledge about customers profile of Lamborghini and other brands within the Group to better understand their behavior and habits.
- Continuously improve listening, summarizing, questioning skills.
- Continuously improve knowledge about Gastronomy, Art & Music, Giftings and other lifestyle aspects.
8. Team-effort duties:
- Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
- To abide by and uphold all S&S Group core values, policies and procedures.
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Employment/Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Service/Aftersales Manager Position with Premium / Luxury Automotive Segment.
- Automotive Driving license.
* Competencies - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in English (minimum 6.5 IELTS band).
- Able to communicate in Italian is preferrable.
- Patience, attention to detail, customer service, critical thinking, technical knowledge.
- Able to work under high pressure and with high demand customers.
Interest and knowledge in art, fashion, gastronomy, architecture is a plus.
