We are headquartered in Hong Kong and operate in Vietnam, overseeing recruitment efforts within the APAC region.
OUR CLIENT A leading diversified business group in Vietnam with interests across retail, property, and lifestyle sectors is seeking to strengthen its senior leadership team for one of its flagship commercial assets, currently undergoing active repositioning to strengthen commercial performance and market standing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver agreed business and operational targets, including revenue, cost, efficiency, service quality, and productivity, with full P&L accountability for the asset.
Drive occupancy and footfall through active leasing, tenant curation, and stakeholder management.
Broaden the customer base and strengthen the asset's competitive position within a competitive luxury retail landscape.
Diversify the F&B and entertainment offering to enhance the overall customer experience.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery, and develop, improve, and implement SOPs, operating standards, and internal processes.
Lead operational improvement and transformation projects, including governance, reporting structure, KPI tracking, and performance management systems.
Lead, coach, and develop the management team, building a transparent, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
Work closely with senior leadership to align operational priorities with business strategy, maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Hospitality, Retail Management, or Property Management, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with solid leadership experience in operations or general management.
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, property management, commercial operations, or multi-site operations is preferred.
Proven track record in improving operational performance, leading process improvement, and driving change.
Strong business and financial understanding, including budgeting, cost control, profitability, and KPI management.
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizational structures.
Collaborative, locally attuned leadership style; hands-on with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills; Vietnamese candidates strongly preferred. Candidates based in Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong open to relocation will also be considered.
