Job Overview:
The General manager will lead the development and execution of strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with company's corporate goals and objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of driving business growth, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing market presence. The GM will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis and product launches to sales and marketing strategies, while fostering strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of comprehensive business plans for pharmaceutical products, including conducting product analysis, evaluating product performance, forecasting P/L, and overseeing successful product launches.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies that align with company's overall objectives.
• Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats, converting insights into actionable business strategies.
• Develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns for a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory departments, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and sales plans with company objectives.
• Attend and lead strategic meetings to discuss sales plans for the product portfolio, ensuring collaboration across departments to meet agreed marketing objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional and advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assess competitive products' strengths and weaknesses, developing comparative metrics and statistics to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and manage the annual expense budget for the market, proposing adjustments as necessary to optimize budget implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities within key territories to drive sales growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between company and key stakeholders, representing the company's interests in all business dealings.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the country local team, managing multiple projects and teams to achieve business goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring the professional development of team members and alignment with company's core values.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company to support the overall business objectives.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
