_ Create the operational budget, human resources plan to ensure meeting the Business target.
_ Create the periodical
- Business plan, marketing plan and take care guest
_ Ensure the implementation of business target assigned by UHM GROUP
_ Guide, supervise, check and be responsible in conducting all regulations stipulated by UHM GROUP
_ Grasp Business situation and Business trend
_ Manage, supervise, be responsible for company's assets and equipment.
_ Manage and oversee effectuation related to monthly/quarterly/yearly financial target.
_ Manage operation and investment expense effectively
_ Create and develop the man power as per approval budget
_ Maintain the relationshp with government and guest
_ Report to Board of Director periodically
Yêu cầu
_ 35 - 50 years old
_ Minimum 05 years of operation management experience as General Manager at 4 or 5 star Hotel
_ Degree in: Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management...
_ Personal character: moral, responsibility, honest
_ Ability to work under the high pressure
_ Strong understanding of Hospitality industry: good skills of management, communication. negotiation, arrangement, team-working, problem - resolving.
