Overall responsible for all operational components of F&B department to ensure that the service standards delivery are maintained in accordance with the Hotel strategic plan and standards.
Work with Finance Departments in the preparation and management of the Department&039;s budget.
Responsible for the development and implementation of F&B&039;s annual business plan and strategies, ensure the property meets its business targets and drives sustainable, profitable growth.
Lead, hire and train all F&B hosts to adhere to high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Hotel management or Related field.
5 years F&B leadership experience with international organizations.
F&B outlets pre-opening experience is required.
Outstanding functional knowledge of all areas in F&B Department.
Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Good communication and writing skills.
