sales staff and reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved.

- Developing strategies and business plans; implementation plans and specific action plans.
- Organize, direct and lead the staff under their authority to achieve business targets. Regularly control and supervise the implementation of business plans by employees
- Research and develop new products and services. Proposing solutions to improve business efficiency
- Analyze local/regional market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Develop and propose product positioning, packaging and pricing strategies to achieve the highest possible long-term market share.
- Developing customer network through searching for customers, building and developing relationships with partners and strategic customers, potential customers, expanding agents and sales network; represent the resort to participate in sales activities, promote products and services, and promote domestic and international business.

- Develop Marketing Strategy and Brand Standards

- Planning and managing the implementation of market research.

* Revenue
- Develop orientation, market segmentation strategy/ guest source according to the development scale of the resort and the change of the market to ensure that according to the approved budget
- Manage and control prices/price policies for each market segment and source of customers.
* Budget plan
- Build and manage sales/marketing operating budget
- Building operational processes of sales and marketing departments
* Operation
- Reviews standards occasionally based on customer feedback.
- Rest assures quality control for rooms division related matters
- Supports and assists for owner and team communications
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and regulations, including emergency preparedness, fire safety, and guest security measures, to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Develop and implement guest service initiatives and standards to enhance the overall guest experience, including personalized service, VIP amenities, and special touches that exceed guest expectations
- Level of education: Bachelor (Bus - Computer: excellent Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- English: Fluent
- Skills: Leadership, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Time Management, Communication, Traininginess Management or related).
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury and upscale settings
