• Transportation Management Systems experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong leadership skills including team facilitation, training, and motivation.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with scalable and repeatable results.
• Experience with implementing efficiency improvements.
• Third party or equivalent site operation experience is required.
• Proven understanding of statistics and strong analytic skills.
• Intuitive ability to recognize innovative opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of the organization.
