- Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure service runs smoothly.
- Supervise
bartenders and support staff during shifts; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and bar equipment.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and placing beverage orders.
- Train and guide new bar staff on service techniques, drink recipes, and hygiene practices.
- Handle customer requests, special orders, and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Assist with cash handling, billing procedures, and accurate reporting at the end of the shift.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health, and safety standards.
- Support in organizing bar promotions, events, and upselling efforts.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, coffee, wine, and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Professional appearance and positive, guest-oriented attitude.
- English communication required; other languages are a plus.
- Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
