- Assign daily duties to housekeeping attendants and follow up on the completion of tasks.
- Manage and monitor housekeeping inventories such as chemicals, linens, amenities, and uniforms.
- Ensure all guest supplies, linens, and room amenities are adequately stocked and meet quality standards.
- Inspect guest rooms before arrival and after departure to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Management.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the appropriate departments.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services professionally and promptly.
- Supervise and inspect public areas such as hallways, elevators, public restrooms, and staff areas.
Yêu cầu
- High school diploma or higher; hospitality or housekeeping- related education is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English skills (additional language skills are an advantage).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
