- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Support in training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of housekeeping team members.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linen; ensure proper usage and stock levels.
- Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to handle room status updates, guest requests, and maintenance issues.
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing daily task assignments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Act as the department head in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or higher education in Hospitality Management or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel PMS - Opera
- English proficiency (basic to intermediate, depending on hotel standards).
