Trách nhiệm chính:
Giám sát hoạt động sản xuất từ đầu đến cuối của nhà máy (TTSC, PNF1,2,3). Để đảm bảo nhân viên tuân theo tiêu chuẩn vận hành: Kiểm soát chất lượng, Kiểm soát hao hụt nguyên vật liệu và hiệu suất dây chuyền
Duy trì môi trường làm việc an toàn, tuân thủ luật pháp và quy định nội bộ; thường xuyên huấn luyện, nhắc nhở hành vi an toàn. Có mặt và xử lý khi xảy ra sự cố về an toàn hoặc máy móc.
Chủ động điều phối nhân sự, nguyên vật liệu, thiết bị khi có sự cố để giảm thiểu gián đoạn sản xuất.
Kiểm tra các kết quả phân tích của phòng kiểm soát chất lượng và có biện pháp điều chỉnh khắc phục nếu có bất kỳ số liệu nào bị lệch so với tiêu chuẩn.
Đánh giá hoạt động của các thiết bị trong nhà máy và dự đoán khả năng hư hỏng của máy móc thiết bị để lập kế hoạch kiểm tra và bảo trì phòng ngừa.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban để sắp xếp nguồn lực, nguyên liệu và thiết bị phụ trợ đảm bảo không bị gián đoạn sản xuất.
Đảm bảo các số liệu liên quan đến tài chính và chi phí bằng cách kiểm soát việc sử dụng nguyên vật liệu và cải thiện tổn thất
Có trách nhiệm bảo quản tài sản và thiết bị chung của công ty.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý cấp trên giao phó.
Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm cùng vị trí tại các nhà máy sản xuất thực phẩm đồ uống

Key responsibilities:
Suppervising the factory end to end manufacturing operation (TTSC, PNF1,2,3). To ensure employees follow operating standards: Quality control, Material wastage control and line efficiency
Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with laws and internal policies; provide ongoing safety coaching. Be present and responsive in case of safety or equipment incidents.
Proactively coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment in case of incidents to minimize production downtime.
Check the analysis results of the quality control department and take corrective measures if any data deviate from the standard.
Evaluate the operation of equipment in the factory and predict the possibility of damage to machinery and equipment to plan inspection and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with departments to arrange resources, raw materials and auxiliary equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
Ensure financial and cost related figures by controlling material usage and loss improvement
Responsible for maintaining the company's assets and equipment.
Perform other tasks assigned by direct management.
