1. Objective of the function:
• He/she needs to strictly comply with all kinds of Final winding SOP, WI... in order to produce high quality product with safety and 5S maintained in shopfloor.
Nhân viên phải tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt tất cả các loại quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc liên quan để tạo ra sản phẩm chất lượng cao một cách an toàn, đồng thời duy trì tốt 5S tại phân xưởng
2. Main responsibilities:
• Organize Final winding and Finishing daily work.
Tổ chức thực hiện các công việc hàng ngày của công đoạn Đánh Ống Hoàn Tất và Hoàn Tất.
• Directly operation for all winding and finishing machine when received requerie from Manager.
Tham gia vận hành các loại máy khi có yêu cầu của cấp trên
• Record, solve and report all of problem issue to supervisor.
Ghi nhận, xử lí & báo cáo tất cả vấn đề xảy ra cho cấp trên.
• To read and act on winding order ticket.
Đọc và thực hiện đánh ống dựa trên ticket của đơn hàng.
• To fill in production control sheets.
Ghi chép đầy đủ các biểu mẫu kiểm soát sản xuất.
• To check all the batches spool label and box label before winding.
Kiểm tra tất cả các batch trên nhãn cones và nhãn hộp trước khi đánh ống.
• Random check spool build up during winding.
Kiểm tra ngẫu nhiên cuộn chỉ trong quá trình đánh ống.
• To check machines as 5S requirement.
Kiểm tra việc thực hiện 5S tại khu vực quản lý theo yêu cầu.
• To maintain excellent housekeeping standard.
Duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh sạch sẽ.
• To carry out all duties in a safe manner (wear the work cloths, shoe and all kinds of labor protection appliance etc as requested).
Thực hiện tất cả công việc phải đảm bảo an toàn (mặc quần áo làm việc, giày và tất cả các loại thiết bị bảo hộ lao độ[protected info] yêu cầu).
• Check regularly and record machines' conditions.
Thường xuyên kiểm tra và lưu hồ sơ liên quan đến tình trạng máy móc.
• Carry out SAP tasks.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ trên hệ thống SAP.
• Block material in system without delay once non-conformance material detected.
Khi phát hiện vật tư không phù hợp, cần block ngay vật tư đó trên hệ thống.
• To do training on-site for new operators in Final Winding.
Đào tạo nhân viên mới thuộc khu vực mà mình quản lý.
• Production tasks and any other duties that are required by manager.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated College, University.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học.
• Familiar with production process and products, has knowledge about FW is an advantage.
Quen với quy trình sản xuất và sản phẩm, có kiến thức về công đoạn Đánh Ống Hoàn Tất là 1 lợi thế.
• Good aptitude for using office softwares: Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP...
Có khả năng sử dụng tốt 1 số phần mềm: Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP...
• Hard working and highly responsible for work.
Chăm chỉ và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Follow up the task arrangment by supervisor.
Tuân thủ nhiệm vụ được sắp xếp bởi cấp trên.
• Working in shifts (Shift 1, 2, 3)
Làm việc theo ca (Ca 1, 2, 3)
