Mô tả công việc
- Manage all activities of warehouse to ensure with targets, regulation, quality requirements and consistently work to good standards of health and safety
* Organize and follow all daily warehouse operation:
- Good receipt: Raw material, packaging from suppliers, semi-finished and finished products from production department
- Good issue: Internal transfer to packaging department, production department and deliver to company's shop, customers
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Make sure stock data (In-out, balance) match between actual and Bravo system
- Comply 5S , FIFO, FEFO
* Warehouse stock management: Min/Max, slow moving goods, deviations, damages or shortages
- Order goods from Purchasing or Production department
- Manage stock taking, warehouse stock differences report every month
- Build up and improve processes and forms for warehouse operation more efficient
- Train employees, allocate tasks to staffs to properly implement all warehouse operation
- Design warehouse layout and manage warehouse equipment, tools
- Use computer systems to upkeep necessary reports and other related tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from College or University
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position, worked in F&B field is an advantage
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software (Bravo is preferred) and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good English skills both in written and communication
- Ability to do shift work
