Manage daily import and export operations, ensuring shipments are processed smoothly and on schedule.
Check shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) and coordinate with forwarders, brokers and customs for clearance procedures.
Arrange booking, trucking and cargo delivery for both sample and bulk shipments.
Prepare and manage export documents, invoices and packing lists in ERP system.
Track shipment status and coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Verify logistics costs, check debit notes and submit payment requests.
Maintain shipment records, update logistics data and prepare periodic reports.
Communicate with customers, forwarders and customs authorities to resolve logistics issues when needed.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Import - Export or Logistics operations.
Good knowledge of customs regulations, import-export procedures, and trade documentation.
Experience working with forwarders, brokers, and warehouse partners.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, compliance mindset, and strong coordination skills.
Fairly good English communication skills
