JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As Data Analytics in Pixelz you are:
● Responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and improvements of the data
warehouse mainly for Finance. However, involvement in other data outside of Finance may be relevant.
● Extract and transform data when new data is available from various sources.
● Build, maintain, and analyze reports in Power BI and models we can use for
performance tracking and optimization. With your strong pattern recognition you also plays a very important role in assessing and provide recommendations from the analysis
● Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends and results independently, translate and communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders
● Provide input on ongoing projects and initiatives to reach business targets; run and assess your proposed actions in collaboration with the relevant teams.
● Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance and measurement in the future
● Work directly with the finance team and recommend solutions and process
optimisations.
● Document every data process, control version, backups.
Yêu cầu
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILL
You have more than 3 years of experience in building data warehouses and data analysis.
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Google Sheets.
● Deep understanding of principles of building a data warehouse and data modeling.
● Used to work with API and data sorting.
● Statistics, Business intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a comparable
educational background
● Google Big Query and Google Cloud Platform.
● Good communication skills in English.
Personal skills:
● Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions.
● Good problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex
problems using data.
● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
● Presenting and communicating the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of stakeholders across the department and wider company
● Good teamworking skills, project management skills.
