Global Finance - General Accountant

We are looking for a General Accountant to join the Global Finance department in Hanoi or Da Nang. The Global Finance department has the overall responsibility for the finance operation in Pixelz from booking, salary processing, and financial reporting to supporting various projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As A General Accountant in Pixelz you are:
● Check accounting documents (invoices, analysis of quotes ...)
● Booking bank transactions and account payables.
● Reconcile and collect customer debts
● Issue invoices to customers
● Make tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.) and audit reports that are consistent with the provisions
● Prepare internal reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly at the request of the Board of Directors.
● Make internal reports as requested by the Headquarter
● Support tax accounting: providing and controlling tax documents, monitoring social insurance,...
● Engage in projects that improve accounting performance, and develop and optimize accounting processes and tools to ensure high performance and quality.
● To perform other related tasks assigned by the manager.
