Global Manufacturing Quality - Quality Manager (Qe/qa/qc) (Working in Haiphong)

I. Position Overview:
· The Quality Director will partner with functional departments such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Purchasing/Supply Chain and others to manage and be responsible for all aspects of the Manufacturing Quality activities through the vehicle development process from concept through launch, mass production and the customer service experience.
· Lead the development of all Quality Strategy and System, Operations Quality process and completed vehicle audit procedures to ensure the achievement of both external and internal Quality Goals.
II. Position Responsibilities
· Ensure that all programs meet the three measures of a successful vehicle launch: on time, excellent quality and meet and/or exceed program financial targets.
· Develop and implement all aspects of the Quality processes and procedures, guide Operations Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering strategy and system
· Assist in the problem identification and resolution of all quality issues in an effective and timely manner for vehicle programs
· Responsible for communicating and escalating quality issues to appropriate levels of leadership for rapid resolution. Develop an effective and efficient problem-solving system and process to help ensure a culture of rapid resolution of issues (fix or escalate), to drive quality improvement and improve operational efficiency
· Select, develop and train the Quality Team to effectively execute the operation quality and assembly plant quality systems and processes. Establish people development as a core value of VinFast to develop future leaders to achieve sustainable, continuous improvement
· Ensure effective cost operation in Quality team for new project and in normal production
