SELECTION PROCESS:

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA:
Bachelor's/Master's degree graduates from (Master's degree is preferable) in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, Commerce or related discipline, with less than 2 years of full-time work experience.
Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA): ≥ 7.0/10 or ≥ 2.5/4.
English proficiency: IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEIC ≥ 700, or equivalent (certification not required). Having Chinese as a second language would be an advantage.
Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
Demonstrated potential leadership skills for various functions.
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations
WORK LOCATIONS:
Depending on function (HCMC, Hanoi, Nha Be area, Phnom Penh)
Avery Dennison provides dedicated transportation for staff in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Bien Hoa.
