Government Affairs Specialist Or Manager

Your role / what will you do?
1. Policy Research and Analysis
• Monitor, analyze, and report on national and local policies in Vietnam related to wind power, renewable energy, and environmental protection. Demonstrate strong policy acumen and the ability to assess how evolving regulations impact project development. Independently draft government correspondence, project application documents, and provide compliance recommendations.
2. Government Relations Management
• Engage with key government bodies such as the People's Committee, Department of Industry and Trade, and Environmental Protection Agency to establish and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships. Coordinate project-related approvals including land use, environmental impact assessments (EIA), and grid connection. Proactively handle government-related disputes or unexpected events and develop risk mitigation strategies.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with local consultants, grid companies, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent policy and procedural support. Drive progress in the permitting and approval processes, ensuring the project is delivered in full compliance and with operational efficiency.

1、政策研究与分析
监测、分析和报告越南国家及地方在风电、新能源与环保领域的政策动态,具备敏锐的政策洞察力,及时判断变化的政策趋势对项目的潜在影响。能够独立撰写政府公文、项目申报材料,为项目团队提供合规建议与政策支持。
2、政府关系维护
对接人民委员会、工贸厅、环保局等政府部门,建立并维护良好的工作关系和长期合作机制。协调项目土地、环评、并网等审批流程,及时响应政府问询、突发事件或争议问题,提出并执行风险应对策略,保障项目合法合规推进。
3、 跨部门协作
与越南本地顾问团队、电网公司、法律顾问等合作,确保在各个审批节点提供合规政策解读与流程指引。推动多方沟通协同,促进项目审批与执行工作的高效落地。
